Well believe it or not that was little Anthony Luis

Aged 11 years, so long ago that I almost don't like to think about it

Then I sang that beautiful hymn of Christmas

(Glorious drea-eam from heaven far)

And my mum had it recorded because it was my favourite Carol

And it still is

(Heavenly host, sing halleluiah)

To me that first silent night makes all things possible

Love and peace and the joy and innocence of children everywhere

Puis j'ai chanté ce bel hymne de Noël

Et ma mère l'a fait enregistrer parce que c'était ma Carol préférée

Et c'est toujours le cas

Pour moi, cette première nuit silencieuse rend tout possible
