Rudolph, The Red-Nosed Reindeer - JOHN DENVER

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose.

And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows.

All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names,

they never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games.



Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Santa came to say,

"Rudolph with your nose so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"

Then all the reindeer loved him and they shouted out with glee,

"Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, you'll go down in history."

Et si jamais vous le voyiez, vous diriez même qu'il brille.

Tous les autres rennes avaient l'habitude de rire et de l'appeler par leurs noms,

ils n'ont jamais laissé le pauvre Rudolph participer à des jeux de rennes.



Puis un soir de Noël brumeux, le Père Noël est venu dire,

"Rudolph avec ton nez si brillant, tu ne guideras pas mon traîneau ce soir?"

Ensuite, tous les rennes l'aimaient et ils ont crié de joie,

"Rudolph le renne au nez rouge, vous entrerez dans l'histoire."
