Prolog - Wizard

And the gods beheld that the thunderwarriors fought hard and brave in the

"battle of metal". However, they wanted to challenge them once again. This test

was called the "battle of steel". In order to aid them in their holy quest it

was decided to bestow unto them four magic utensils.



So the gods called upon the old dwarf and the mighty wizard and told them what

they sought. The dwarf took the sword "Nothung", once belonging to "Siegfried

the dragon-slayer", fused and smithed from it's steel four shakels of metal.

The wizard created the same number of amulets from the skin of a black demon.

He then took the silver shaded blood of a dead unicorn from which he drew four

magic runes, each drenched with natural power.



The power and strength of a bear would be given to the bearer of the hammer

"giants death", the speed of a hunting hawk to the bearer of the bow "heart

hunter", the brutality of a lone wolf to the bearer of the axe "skullcrusher",

and the deafening roar of a black lion to the bearer of the sword "souleater".



Then the dwarf mounted the shakels of metal on the amulets whilst reciting

ancient words of magic power. Thereafter the amulets were presented to the

dragon lords, who brought them to midgard, home of the thunderwarriors. They

recieved this gift and a mighty power flushed through their veins. It was the

power of magic-the magic of steel.



Suddenly thunder rocked the silence, lightning crushed the roof of the hall,

and the two mightiest gods of valhalla -Thor and Odin- stood on the stage. The

god of thunder held his hammer on high. Odin wailed his spear into the

audience. Any wimp present knew now that death was imminent. They disappeared

as quickly as they came.



In the blink of an eye the thunderwarriors conquered the stage: Once aga

"bataille de métal". Cependant, ils ont voulu les défier une fois de plus. Ce test

était appelée la "bataille de l'acier". Afin de les aider dans leur quête sacrée, il

a été décidé de leur offrir quatre ustensiles magiques.



Alors les dieux ont fait appel au vieux nain et au puissant sorcier et leur ont dit quoi

ils ont cherché. Le nain a pris l'épée "Nothung", appartenant autrefois à \"Siegfried

the dragon-slayer ", fusionné et forgé à partir de son acier quatre shakels de métal.

L'assistant a créé le même nombre d'amulettes à partir de la peau d'un démon noir.

Il prit ensuite le sang ombré argenté d'une licorne morte dont il en tira quatre

runes magiques, chacune imprégnée de puissance naturelle.



La puissance et la force d'un ours seraient données au porteur du marteau

"la mort des géants", la vitesse d'un faucon chasseur au porteur de l'arc "coeur

chasseur ", la brutalité d'un loup solitaire envers le porteur de la hache" crâne broyeur ",

et le rugissement assourdissant d'un lion noir au porteur de l'épée "souleater".



Puis le nain monta les shakels de métal sur les amulettes en récitant

mots anciens de puissance magique. Par la suite, les amulettes ont été présentées au

les seigneurs dragons, qui les ont amenés à Midgard, la maison des guerriers tonnerre. Ils

a reçu ce cadeau et une puissance puissante a traversé leurs veines. C'était le

pouvoir de la magie - la magie de l'acier.



Soudain le tonnerre a secoué le silence, la foudre a écrasé le toit de la salle,

et les deux dieux les plus puissants du Valhalla - Thor et Odin - se tenaient sur la scène. Le

le dieu du tonnerre tenait son marteau en haut. Odin gémit sa lance dans le

public. Tout wimp présent savait maintenant que la mort était imminente. Ils ont disparu

aussi vite qu'ils sont venus.
