Reunion In Heaven - Traditional Grass

So often down here we'll have a reunion

Our loved ones and friends will be gathered around

Some faces are missed. They have gone home to heaven

They will be there with Jesus 'til the trumpet shall sound



What a wonderful time we'll have up in Glory

With our blessed Redeemer forever we'll see

And a crown he will give on that great judgment morning

What a happy reunion in Heaven will be



No crepes on the doors in that beautiful city

No sorrow or pain never more ever there

But a body we'll have in the Saviour's own likeness

And a mansion Jesus said he'd go to prepare



I am longing to sit by the banks of the river

There's rest for the ones by the evergreen trees

I am longing to look in the face of my Saviour

And my loved ones who have gone they are waiting for me

Nos proches et amis seront réunis autour de

Certains visages manquent. Ils sont rentrés au paradis

Ils seront là avec Jésus jusqu'à ce que la trompette retentisse



Quel merveilleux moment nous passerons à Glory

Avec notre Rédempteur béni pour toujours, nous verrons

Et une couronne qu'il donnera en ce grand matin de jugement

Quelle heureuse réunion au Paradis



Pas de crêpes aux portes de cette belle ville

Plus jamais de chagrin ni de douleur là-bas

Mais un corps que nous aurons à l'image du Sauveur

Et un manoir Jésus a dit qu'il irait se préparer



J'ai hâte de m'asseoir au bord de la rivière

Il y a du repos pour ceux près des arbres à feuilles persistantes

J'ai envie de regarder le visage de mon Sauveur

Et mes proches qui sont partis m'attendent
