Ernie Helps Bert With His Sneeze - Sesame Street

Bert: "Ahhhh....ahhhh...."



Ernie: "Hey Bert, what's wrong?"



Bert: "I think I'm going to sneeze."



Ernie: "Bert, you can't sneeze, you don't have a hanky. You can't sneeze without a hanky."



Bert: "I know, can you go get one, Ernie? Please hurry!"



Ernie: "Wait right there. (he runs off, returns with a large hanky) Okay you can sneeze now."



Bert: "Ahh, ahhh, just hold it right there, Ernie."



Ernie: "Just sneeze any way you want to."



Bert: "Hold it that way, aaaahhhh, AAAhhhhh, I can feel it coming, AAAAAHHHH, It's going to be a big one--AAACCCCCHHHHOOOOoooo!!! (Bert buries his nose in the hanky, but when he lifts his head, his nose is still in Ernie's hand!) (nasally) That's better! Thanks, Ernie."



Ernie: "Uh, Bert? (taps him on the shoulder, shows him his nose.) This here's your nose. Looks like you sneezed your nose off."



Bert: (nasal) "Rats! (pause) Ernie, can you keep this quiet? Draw the drapes and...(softly) and put my nose back on!"



Ernie: "Why of course, kehehehe! That's what friends are for, aren't they, kehehehe?! They put their friends' noses back on!"



Bert: (nasal) "Ernie, cut the clowning, and just put my nose back on!"



Ernie: "Okay, okay." (Bert bends down, Ernie sticks it way over on the right side of his face, then starts laughing again)



Bert: "Ernie, what are you doing? That's not where my nose goes!"



Ernie: "Kehehehe! You should see where your nose is, Bert, kehehehe!"



Bert: "I can see it, yeah, out of my left eye I can see it! C'mon, Ernie, you know where it goes!"



Ernie: "Okay, just a minute." (Ernie pulls Bert's nose off and then sticks it above Bert's eyebrows, starts laughing again.)



Bert: "Is that your idea of where my nose goes? You know where it belongs!"



Ernie: "Kehehehe, it looks pretty funny right where it is, kehehehe!"



Bert: "Ho-ho. C'mon, Ernie, you know what to do, do it right!" (Bert bends down again, and Ernie moves Bert's nose down below Bert's chin, then laughes some more)



Ernie: "Kehehehe! You should see where it is now!"



Bert: "ERNIE! C'mon now, quit clowning around, do it right!"



Ernie: "Okay, hang on. (Ernie finally puts Bert's nose where it belongs) There!"



Bert: "Thanks, Ern. (pause) Oh no!"



Ernie: "What's the matter?"



Bert: "I think I'm going to sneeze again!"

Bert: "Ahhhh .... ahhhh ...."



Ernie: "Hey Bert, qu'est-ce qui ne va pas?"



Bert: "Je pense que je vais éternuer."



Ernie: "Bert, tu ne peux pas éternuer, tu n'as pas de mouchoir. Tu ne peux pas éternuer sans mouchoir."



Bert: "Je sais, tu peux aller en chercher un, Ernie? Dépêche-toi!"



Ernie: "Attends juste là. (Il s'enfuit, revient avec un grand mouchoir) D'accord, tu peux éternuer maintenant."



Bert: "Ahh, ahhh, tenez-le juste là, Ernie."



Ernie: "Éternue comme tu veux."



Bert: "Tiens comme ça, aaaahhhh, AAAhhhhh, je peux le sentir venir, AAAAAHHHH, ça va être un gros - AAACCCCCHHHHOOOOoooo !!! (Bert enfouit son nez dans le mouchoir, mais quand il lève la tête, son le nez est toujours dans la main d'Ernie!) (nasalement) C'est mieux! Merci, Ernie. "



Ernie: "Euh, Bert? (Lui tape sur l'épaule, lui montre son nez.) Voici ton nez. On dirait que tu as éternué le nez."



Bert: (nasillard) "Rats! (Pause) Ernie, peux-tu garder ça tranquille? Dessine les rideaux et ... (doucement) et remets mon nez dessus!"



Ernie: "Pourquoi bien sûr, kehehehe! C'est à ça que servent les amis, n'est-ce pas, kehehehe?! Ils remettent le nez de leurs amis!"



Bert: (nasillard) "Ernie, coupe le clown et remets-moi le nez!"



Ernie: "D'accord, d'accord." (Bert se penche, Ernie le colle bien sur le côté droit de son visage, puis recommence à rire)



Bert: "Ernie, qu'est-ce que tu fais? Ce n'est pas là que va mon nez!"



Ernie: "Kehehehe! Tu devrais voir où est ton nez, Bert, kehehehe!"



Bert: "Je peux le voir, oui, de mon ?il gauche je peux le voir! Allez, Ernie, tu sais où ça va!"



Ernie: "D'accord, juste une minute." (Ernie arrache le nez de Bert puis le place au-dessus des sourcils de Bert, recommence à rire.)



Bert: "Est-ce votre idée d'où va mon nez? Vous savez où il appartient!"



Ernie: "Kehehehe, ça a l'air assez drôle là où il est, kehehehe!"



Bert: "Ho-ho. Allez, Ernie, tu sais quoi faire, fais-le bien!" (Bert se penche à nouveau, et Ernie déplace le nez de Bert sous le menton de Bert, puis rit encore plus)



Ernie: "Kehehehe! Tu devrais voir où c'est maintenant!"



Bert: "ERNIE! Allez, arrête de clowner, fais-le bien!"



Ernie: "D'accord, attendez. (Ernie met enfin le nez de Bert à sa place) Là!\"



Bert: "Merci, Ern. (Pause) Oh non!"



Ernie: "Quel est le problème?"



Bert: "Je pense que je vais encore éternuer!"
