It's always nice to look out the window
And see those very first few flakes of snow
And later on we can go outside

The birds would congregate and sing

The wind would calm and the sun would shine

But for now I will simply just withdraw
Sit here and wish for this world to thaw

And everything it changed overnight
This dying world you brought it back to life
And deep inside I felt things
Shifting everything was melting

Quand février arrive, je roulerai les yeux
Tourne une épaule froide vers ces cieux encore plus froids

Pour l'herbe verte qui attend de l'autre côté

C'est toujours l'hiver mais jamais Noël
Il semble que cette malédiction ne peut tout simplement pas être levée
Pourtant au milieu de toute cette glace et cette neige
Nos c?urs restent chaleureux car ils sont remplis d'espoir

Ce serait si agréable de regarder par la fenêtre
Et voir les feuilles sur les arbres commencer à apparaître
Les oiseaux se rassemblaient et chantaient
Une chanson de naissance une chanson de choses plus récentes

Le vent se calmerait et le soleil brillerait
Je sortirais et je plissais les yeux
Mais pour l'instant je vais simplement me retirer
Assieds-toi ici et souhaite que ce monde dégèle

Et tout a changé du jour au lendemain
Ce monde mourant tu l'as ramené à la vie
Et au fond de moi j'ai ressenti des choses
Tout changer était en train de fondre

Et tu nous as donné le plus beau des jours

Parce que quand c'est toujours l'hiver mais jamais Noël
Parfois on a l'impression que tu n'es pas avec nous
