The Storm Still Rages Inside - Orphaned Land

The lightning flashes tension's high
Bringing light to darkened skies
Like Jonah in the belly of the beast
Inside the ark the sound desist

And so the ark swept
upon the rising water...

Forty days and forty nights
There came a mighty flood upon the land
Where once were green pastures
teeming with life
Now were oceans deeper than any abyss

"Out of depths of sorrow I cry
Before thee I lie
If this world shall inherit the mild
Hear your orphaned child..."

Lord pray to save thy child
The storm still rages inside
Lord guide them
Unto dry land, Amen.

L'éclair fait monter la tension
Apporter de la lumière au ciel sombre
Comme Jonas dans le ventre de la bête
A l'intérieur de l'arche, le son s'abstient

Et donc l'arche a balayé
sur l'eau qui monte ...

Quarante jours et quarante nuits
Il y eut une puissante inondation sur la terre
Où étaient autrefois les verts pâturages
grouillant de vie
Les océans étaient maintenant plus profonds que tout abîme

"Du fond du chagrin je pleure
Devant toi je mens
Si ce monde hérite de la douceur
Écoutez votre enfant orphelin ... "

Seigneur prie pour sauver ton enfant
La tempête fait toujours rage à l'intérieur
Seigneur les guide
Vers la terre ferme, Amen.
