A puppet king on the fourth of June

And butterflies from all around

A pretty sight it seemed to be

An avenue of eternal peace

And in the night he comes to me

And the square becomes a battlefield

Of staring eyes that can't explain

The insanity and the greater game

And as he lay his body down

I saw the scars that lined his face

And injured souls came to his bed

And everyone assembled here

Un homme en haillons est venu en train de se promener

Un roi fantoche le 4 juin

Et des papillons de partout

Installé sur sa couronne en papier



Une jolie vue qui semblait être

Une avenue de paix éternelle

Mais il a dit: "Ce qui est ici peut bientôt brûler ...

Je suis le roi de Sunset Town '



Regardez une grande roue tourner

Certains montent, certains descendent.

Certains ont soif, d'autres se noient simplement

"C'est la loi ici"

Et la nuit il vient vers moi

Et la place devient un champ de bataille

Des yeux fixes qui ne peuvent pas expliquer

La folie et le plus grand jeu



Un homme en lambeaux est venu en train
Les couloirs de ce lieu blanc

Et pendant qu'il allongeait son corps

J'ai vu les cicatrices qui tapissaient son visage

Et des âmes blessées sont venues dans son lit

Pour entendre les histoires qu'il raconterait

Des papillons et des étés



Et tout le monde s'est réuni ici

Se souvient de comment c'était auparavant

Avant le 27 est venu
