Well, last night me an' darlin', we went explorin',

Rode off the road to a place we'd never been.

I had to stop the truck, 'cause it was gettin' muddy.

We started kissin', then I put it in........



Four-Wheel drive,

And we kept on goin'.

Man, what a ride:

It made me feel like a kid again.

Slippin' an' slidin';

Bouncin' around in the cab.

Bringin' back old mem'ries,

Of all the good times we've had.



Then I pulled it out back on the main road.

I looked over at darlin', and her face was all aglow.

She said:

Ramener de vieux souvenirs,

De tous les bons moments que nous avons passés.



Puis je l'ai retiré sur la route principale.

J'ai regardé Darlin ', et son visage était tout rougeoyant.
