I don't know if you believe in Christmas,

or if you have presents underneath the Christmas tree.

But if you believe in love, that will be more than enough

for you to come and celebrate with me.



For I have held the precious gift that love brings

even though I've never saw a Christmas star.

But I know there is a light, I have felt it burn inside,

and I can see it shining from afar.



Christmas is a time to come together, a time to put all differences aside.

And I reach out my hand to the family of man

to share the joy I feel at Christmas time.



For the truth that binds us all together, I would like to say a simple prayer.

That at this special time, you will have true peace of mind

and love to last throughout the coming year.



And if you believe in love, that will be more than enough

for peace to last throughout the coming year.

And peace on earth will last throughout the year.

Je ne sais pas si tu crois en Noël,

ou si vous avez des cadeaux sous le sapin de Noël.

Mais si vous croyez en l'amour, ce sera plus que suffisant

pour que tu viennes célébrer avec moi.



Car j'ai détenu le précieux cadeau que l'amour apporte

même si je n'ai jamais vu d'étoile de Noël.

Mais je sais qu'il y a une lumière, je l'ai sentie brûler à l'intérieur,

et je peux le voir briller de loin.



Noël est un temps pour se réunir, un temps pour mettre toutes les différences de côté.

Et je tends la main à la famille de l'homme

pour partager la joie que je ressens au moment de Noël.



Pour la vérité qui nous lie tous ensemble, je voudrais dire une simple prière.

Qu'en ce moment spécial, vous aurez une vraie tranquillité d'esprit

et l'amour pour durer tout au long de l'année à venir.



Et si vous croyez en l'amour, ce sera plus que suffisant

pour que la paix dure toute l'année à venir.

Et la paix sur terre durera toute l'année.
