Routine was the theme. He'd wake up wash and pour himself into uniform.

Something he hadn't imagined being.

As the merging traffic passed he found himself staring down at his own hands.

Not remembering the change. Not recalling the plan. Was it?



He was okay but wondering about wandering.

Was his age by consequence or was he moved by sleight of hand?



Mondays were made to fall. Lost on a road he knew by heart.

It was like a book he read in his sleep. Endlessly.

Sometimes he hid in the radio watching other pull into their homes.

While he was drifting.



On a line of his own. Off the line of the side. Bye the by.

As dirt turned to sand. As if moved by sleight of hand.



When he reached the shore of his clip on world he resurfaced to the norm.

Organized his few things. His coat and keys.

And he knew realizations would have to wait.

Till he had more time. More time.



A time to dream to himself. He waves goodbye to his self.

Another man moved by slight of hand

La routine était le thème. Il se réveillerait se laver et se verser dans l'uniforme.

Quelque chose qu'il n'avait pas imaginé être.

Alors que la circulation fusionnait, il se retrouva à regarder ses propres mains.

Ne me souviens pas du changement. Ne me souviens pas du plan. Était-ce?



Il allait bien mais s'interrogeait sur l'errance.

Est-ce que son âge était en conséquence ou était-il ému par un tour de main?



Les lundis devaient tomber. Perdu sur une route qu'il connaissait par c?ur.

C'était comme un livre qu'il lisait dans son sommeil. À l'infini.

Parfois, il se cachait à la radio en regardant d'autres entrer chez eux.

Pendant qu'il dérivait.



Sur sa propre ligne. Hors de la ligne du côté. Au revoir.

Comme la saleté s'est transformée en sable. Comme s'il était déplacé par un tour de main.



Quand il a atteint le rivage de son clip sur le monde, il a refait surface à la norme.

Organisé ses quelques trucs. Son manteau et ses clés.

Et il savait que les réalisations devraient attendre.

Jusqu'à ce qu'il ait plus de temps. Plus de temps.



Un temps pour rêver à lui-même. Il lui dit au revoir.

Je te verrai de l'autre côté.
