Old West - Five Iron Frenzy

Some cowboys were ridin', ridin' on the range.

The grass was overgrazed there, and spotted like some mange.

The buffalo were dead there, the trees they all were through, and if they saw

some Injuns, why they would kill them too.



West or bust, in God we trust..

"Let's rape, let's kill, let's steal!"

We can almost justify, anything we feel.

I'm climbing up that ladder, more brownie points for me.

I'll work my way to Jesus, just you wait and see.



Said one cowboy to another,

"I think it would be nice, if we could take these Injuns and convert them all

to Christ. See, they are all disgusting, and bringing me great pain, and if

they dont believe me, we'll put a bullet in their brains!"



I am always shoutin', when i go outside, how people should repent now, or

they're going to die.

My motives are all selfish, I'm a cannonm brimmed with powder.

If people dont believe me, i just beat them and yell louder

Certains cow-boys roulaient sur la plage.

L'herbe y était surpâturée et tachetée comme une gale.

Les buffles étaient morts là-bas, les arbres qu'ils traversaient tous, et s'ils voyaient

certains Injuns, pourquoi ils les tueraient aussi.



Ouest ou buste, en Dieu, nous avons confiance ..

"Violons, tuons, volons!"

Nous pouvons presque justifier tout ce que nous ressentons.

Je grimpe cette échelle, plus de points brownie pour moi.

Je vais me diriger vers Jésus, il suffit d'attendre et de voir.



Dit un cow-boy à l'autre,

"Je pense que ce serait bien, si nous pouvions prendre ces Injuns et les convertir tous

au Christ. Vous voyez, ils sont tous dégoûtants et m'apportent une grande douleur, et si

ils ne me croient pas, nous allons leur mettre une balle dans la cervelle! "



Je crie toujours, quand je sors, comment les gens devraient se repentir maintenant, ou

ils vont mourir.

Mes motivations sont toutes égoïstes, je suis un canon plein de poudre.

Si les gens ne me croient pas, je les bat juste et crie plus fort
