down in the dungeon where the weird are stored

all the different and the outcast sneak back home

after laughing in the bright lights all night long.

I'm lucky to be down with the cast aside

safe from the madness of the world we hide

with everybody free to come and go

under the radar of the status quo

So you want to get close to the wild and strange

out at the edges of the bell-shaped curve.

But I saw your soul when you dropped your fear

and came walking in the world of the wild down here.

I was only 4 maybe she was 5.

We were playing in the car parked in the drive

and it all started off with the one mistake

and that was the lever of the parking brake.

At the bottom of the hill we cranked it hard,

missed all the bushes in the neighbor's yard.

Then picking up speed, running out of time,

Vous voulez donc vous rapprocher de la nature sauvage et étrange

vous avez une âme affamée, mais un esprit prudent

vous ne pouvez donc pas tout à fait laisser votre monde derrière vous

Alors vous venez pour une visite, mais vous perdez votre sang-froid

sur les bords de la courbe en forme de cloche.

Mais j'ai vu ton âme quand tu as laissé tomber ta peur

et est venu marcher dans le monde sauvage ici.

Je n'avais que 4 ans peut-être qu'elle avait 5 ans.

Nous jouions dans la voiture garée dans l'allée

et tout a commencé avec la seule erreur

et c'était le levier du frein de stationnement.

Au bas de la colline, nous l'avons tourné fort,

raté tous les buissons dans la cour du voisin.

Puis prendre de la vitesse, manquer de temps,

nous avons plongé dans nos vies criminelles.
