Heathenpride - Falkenbach

Once a mighty king ruled in a northern land

his enemies he fought with steel and iron hand.

So many tales were told, his name a glorious sound,

"god-like he is" they said, and by no christian laws was

bound.



Long ago in a northern land...



One day they came across the nordic sea,

the man of the cross and camped beside a tree

which was called a sacred one for all thy heathen hearts,

where sacrifices were given to their northern forefathers

Gods...



The elder and wise men amongst them

watched distrustful to all those

of the foreign men with their swords in hand

.. and the mighty tree was felled...



Some days gone by and the elder men disappointed,

they found a grave with a wooden cross upon.

So they all gathered at a place near the sea at night,

they all sat around their king, and a campfire gave it's

light...



First words were spoken by a maiden of great beauty,

she whispered silent words to Freya and began to speak.

Her iceblue eyes filled with tears as she told them all what

happened

in the woods three days ago when two christian men raped

her body...



Many people told what happened and what was done by the

christian men;

a girl was burned and three farmers died, nine children were

never seen again...



The king drew his sword and saddled his black horse,

they gave a sacrifice to Odin and to Tyr, the Gods of their

war,

that might before the morning of...

REVENGE!!!



The stars were shining from a dark black sky,

their swords reflected the light of the moon,

their torches burned red, the flames blazed up high,

the hour of their raid will come soon...

As the sun at last arose crimson, beyond the nordic sea

Une fois qu'un roi puissant a régné dans un pays du nord

ses ennemis, il a combattu avec la main d'acier et de fer.

Tant de contes ont été racontés, son nom un son glorieux,

"Il est semblable à Dieu", ont-ils dit, et aucune loi chrétienne n'était

lié.



Il y a longtemps dans un pays du nord ...



Un jour, ils sont tombés sur la mer nordique,

l'homme de la croix et a campé à côté d'un arbre

qui a été appelé sacré pour tous tes c?urs païens,

où des sacrifices ont été donnés à leurs ancêtres du nord

Les sages et les aînés parmi eux

regardé méfiant envers tous ceux

des hommes étrangers avec leurs épées à la main

.. et le puissant arbre a été abattu ...



Quelques jours se sont écoulés et les hommes plus âgés ont déçu,

ils ont trouvé une tombe avec une croix en bois.

Alors ils se sont tous rassemblés dans un endroit près de la mer la nuit,

ils se sont tous assis autour de leur roi, et un feu de camp a donné son

lumière ...



Les premiers mots ont été prononcés par une jeune fille d'une grande beauté,

elle a chuchoté des mots silencieux à Freya et a commencé à parler.

Ses yeux bleu glacial se sont remplis de larmes alors qu'elle leur a dit tout ce que

dans les bois il y a trois jours quand deux hommes chrétiens ont violé \u003cbr />

Beaucoup de gens ont raconté ce qui s'est passé et ce qui a été fait par le

hommes chrétiens;

Le roi a sorti son épée et a sellé son cheval noir,

ils ont fait un sacrifice à Odin et à Tyr, les dieux de leur

guerre,

qui pourrait avant le matin de ...

Les étoiles brillaient d'un ciel noir sombre,

leurs épées reflétaient la lumière de la lune,

leurs torches ont brûlé rouge, les flammes ont brillé haut,

l'heure de leur raid viendra bientôt ...
